Now that I have debrided a decubitus sacral ulcer stage IV, taking it from 9x11x4cm to 11x15x4.5cm, I have lost any and all appreciation, or tolerance for that matter, for mushrooms. Of any kind.

look and smell. And it all came together when they served portobello sandwiches during a meeting later in the day, so, yeah, taste too!
